SK has been selected to present his research at the International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM) in San Francisco this year! This organization focuses on research in the fields of semiconductor materials, devices, processing, metrology, and modeling in conjunction with the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC). SK will be presenting in a special poster session that highlights SRC Student Innovation. He’ll be presenting his work titled “Integrated Isothermal Atomic Layer Deposition and Atomic Layer Etching Process for TiO2 Area Selective Deposition.” You can check out his work and see the other posters here.
