Nick recently presented his work on polymer area selective deposition, “Inverted ASD” with High Selectivity: Polymer on SiO2 vs Si-H and Polymer on Si-OH vs SiO2, at the ALD/ALE 2023 conference in Washington state. Nick was awarded the Best Student Oral Presentation for his hard work and efforts!
