Chemical Warfare Agent Degrading MOFs featured in Science News for Students

One important project in the Parsons group focuses on developing metal organic frameworks (MOFs) that can be coated onto clothing to break down chemical warfare agents. These coatings would be very useful for military uniforms and for civilians in countries where chemical warfare attacks are prevalent.
